The Help and Support section of the app offers help, and support, as well as the Backup and Restore feature.

If you touch Online Help, your browser will open and bring you to this section of the website.

Send Diagnostic Info ^

If you’re having a particular sort of problem with the app, we may ask you to use this function, after we’ve tried to troubleshoot things via email.  It will send a copy off all your routines, to-dos etc to support.  Please contact us before you send us your data, because otherwise we get confused as we don’t know who sent it and are unable to contact you.
