If you touch Online Help, your browser will open and bring you to this section of the website.
Email Support
Touching Email Support will open an email message addressed to us here at Wunderbear so you can tell us what’s happening, or ask us a question.
You’ll get an email back to confirm we’ve got it. Tim or Rosie will reply as soon as we can.
Send Diagnostic Info
If you’re having a particular sort of problem with the app, we may ask you to use this function, after we’ve tried to troubleshoot things via email. It will send a copy off all your routines, to-dos etc to support. Please email us before you send us your data, because otherwise we get confused as we don’t know who sent it and are unable to contact you.
