Daily Messages

What is a Daily Message?

At the top of the main screen you can add a custom string of text.

You can use this spot for all sorts of things:

  • An encouraging greeting to yourself
  • A theme or focus for each day of the week
  • An inspirational quote
  • Scripture to memorise
  • Something that makes you smile!

The message is not a task that you can complete.

Edit Daily Message

Tap on the text below the date.
If it’s not there, you can find this on the Settings page, under Home page

Types of Daily Message

You can choose between three types of message:

  • Day of the week message
  • One message
  • Time of Day

Day of the Week

Some examples of daily messages

A lot of folks like to give each day of the week its own focus or theme. This could be a household task, or a life area you would like to concentrate on. Identifying a focus for each day can help to break up your week, and reduce the overwhelm of every possible task.
You could also use this to place a different quote on each day of the week.

One Message

Here you have only one text box to place one phrase.

Time of Day

Here you can add a greeting or message to appear in blocks of time, on every day of the week.
The day is divided into quarters:

Morning: 6am to 12 noon
Afternoon: 12 noon to 6pm
Evening: 6pm to midnight
Night: Midnight to 6am
