Manually Syncing your data ^

Your data will be automatically synced every 60 seconds, only while you are using the app.  There will be one additional sync when you close the app. This transfers only a very small amount of data.
If HomeRoutines is running in the background, or your phone is locked or sleeping, it will not be syncing. You need an internet connection to sync.

If you want to, you can force a sync (but you shouldn’t have to!)

  1. Tap My.HomeRoutines on the homescreen
  2. Tap Sync Now.

Find your lost Password ^

  1. Tap My.HomeRoutines on the homescreen
  2. Tap Forgot Password?
  3. We will send you a link in an email.
    Click it to go to a web page to create your new password.

Change your Password ^

  1. Tap My.HomeRoutines on the homescreen
  2. Log out, if you are logged in.
  3. Tap Forgot Password?
  4. We will send you a link in an email.
    Click it to go to a web page to create your new password.

View your Profile ^

  1. Tap My.HomeRoutines on the homescreen
  2. Tap View Profile

    Your User Name, Name and email address will be displayed.
    (You can’t edit these yet)

View our Privacy Policy ^

  1. Tap My.HomeRoutines on the homescreen
  2. Tap Privacy Policy.

    Then you can read it.

Deleting your Account & Data ^

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us with your user name or the email address you used to register, and we will delete the data for you promptly.
